IRX (Irish Rallycross Championship)

On Saturday 8th March, Mondello Park is hosting an event in conjunction with Motorsport Ireland and the Women In Motorsport Commission celebrating International Women’s Day at the Irish Rallycross Championship event. To celebrate its Free to Attend all day, thanks to Des Hughes Motors - FIAT! Please avail of your complimentary ticket below This is a special event dedicated to celebrating and promoting women in motorsport — highlighting the roles of marshals, officials, competitors, and more. The goal of the Event is to facilitate a safe space for females to explore their interest in motorsport and encourage new members to join. After the racing there will be an inspiring panel talk with some of the best and brightest in Irish Motorsport with some surprises on the night from the International stage. Rallycross is door to door racing for all different kinds of saloon cars over a short mixed surface circuit in 4 lap races with typically 8 cars to a race. The season starts in February and continues through to November. This is an Official Motorsport Ireland National Championship. If ticket is presented a second time at any entrance it will be confiscated. The event takes place in rural Ireland with large crowds in attendance. There is a risk of network coverage failures from time to time. Mondello Park strongly advise that you PRINT YOUR TICKET and bring it with you or SCREENSHOT YOUR TICKET QR CODE on your mobile device to avoid delays at the gate. If you have purchased more than one ticket, all tickets must be printed individually or screenshot each individual ticket QR Code. Gates open to the General Public between 10am and 6pm. Tickets are non-refundable. Car Parking at the event is free – you will be directed to the nearest available car park on arrival. No dogs are permitted on the site with the exception of assistance dogs.
